These working policies document the platform’s current controls and business intent. They are not a substitute for advice from a Florida-licensed attorney, privacy professional, trademark counsel, or CPA. The operating entity—including any use of Take Action Holding Group—has not been represented here as finalized.
1. Eligibility and acceptance
Use is intended for adults age 21 or older. By using DukaEdge, you agree to these terms and all laws applicable where you live. Access may be limited when identity, location, payment, platform integrity, or legal requirements are not satisfied.
2. Information—not wagering or professional advice
DukaEdge provides general sports information and research tools. It does not accept wagers, custody money for wagers, place bets for users, guarantee results, or provide financial, legal, tax, or professional wagering advice. All selections and prices must be independently verified.
3. Accounts and permissions
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in account and for activity performed through it. DukaEdge may suspend access for misuse, fraud, scraping, security threats, unlawful conduct, or attempts to bypass permissions. Owner and creator tools use server-side role checks.
4. Creator and user content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant DukaEdge a nonexclusive license to host, display, format, moderate, and distribute it within the service. You must own or have permission to use submitted text, images, logos, statistics, and other materials. Deceptive records, copied analysis, impersonation, guaranteed-win claims, unlawful promotion, and manipulated results are prohibited.
5. Data, brands, and third-party services
Odds, schedules, scores, props, links, and brand names can originate from independent providers and may change, be delayed, or contain errors. Third-party marks remain their owners’ property. Third-party services control their own eligibility, prices, betslips, terms, privacy, and availability. A link does not mean DukaEdge can place or confirm a transaction.
6. Plans, trials, and payments
Paid features, trial length, pricing, renewal, cancellations, creator payouts, platform fees, and refund rules must be displayed before purchase. Card details are entered through Stripe-hosted checkout and are not stored by DukaEdge. Commercial billing remains gated until the separate DukaEdge business and payment configuration is approved.
7. No guarantees and limitation notice
Sports outcomes and market data are uncertain. DukaEdge does not guarantee availability, accuracy, profit, winnings, or fitness for a particular purpose. Any final limitation-of-liability, indemnity, arbitration, governing-law, and dispute provisions require attorney drafting and approval before general commercial launch.
8. Changes and enforcement
DukaEdge may update features and these working terms. Material changes should be dated and communicated. Violations can result in content removal, feature restriction, suspension, or termination, subject to applicable law.
