These working policies document the platform’s current controls and business intent. They are not a substitute for advice from a Florida-licensed attorney, privacy professional, trademark counsel, or CPA. The operating entity—including any use of Take Action Holding Group—has not been represented here as finalized.
Platform boundary
DukaEdge provides informational sports research, market comparison, creator content, and links to independent third-party services. DukaEdge is not a sportsbook, does not accept or hold wagers, does not determine sportsbook eligibility, and does not promise outcomes. Users must verify every price, player, market, and restriction with the original provider.
Feature-level compliance test
Data and trademark position
Current odds and prop data are sourced through The Odds API. Its terms allow user-facing analytical applications but prohibit repackaging the feed as a standalone raw-data product. Its market data can be delayed or incorrect and must be checked with the relevant operator. Bookmaker names and marks belong to their respective owners; descriptive display does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Security program
The technical baseline follows the FTC’s data-minimization, least-privilege, vendor-review, and incident-planning principles and maps the release checklist to NIST CSF 2.0’s Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond, and Recover functions. Current controls include server-side identity checks, role-based owner APIs, hosted secrets, Stripe-hosted card entry, security response headers, audit records for sensitive owner actions, and a durable privacy-request queue.
Ownership and corporate structure
Before general commercial launch, written assignments should establish ownership of the DukaEdge name, domains, code, designs, AI-assisted assets, creator agreements, and contractor work. An attorney and CPA must confirm whether DukaEdge operates directly under Take Action Holding Group, through a subsidiary, or through another structure—and align contracts, banking, Stripe, taxes, insurance, and accounting accordingly.
