Information collected
When you sign in, the hosting identity service can provide a site-specific user ID, email address, and optional display name. Creator applicants may also provide a full name, contact email, and phone number for support, verification, and future payout onboarding. DukaEdge stores account settings, plan and billing status, creator and community submissions, follows, comments, DukaPoints activity, notifications, provider-link clicks, privacy requests, and security audit records. Sports searches and temporary player-prop results are used to operate the requested feature; DukaEdge does not need Social Security numbers or raw card numbers.
Why it is used
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce permissions, deliver subscriptions and creator tools, moderate content, record requested privacy actions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot services, maintain auditability, and meet legal or accounting obligations. DukaEdge does not sell a raw personal-information database.
Service providers and disclosures
DukaEdge relies on hosting and database infrastructure, ChatGPT sign-in, Stripe for hosted payments, The Odds API for sports market data, and approved monitoring or analytics providers when configured. Each provider receives only the information needed for its role. Information may also be disclosed to comply with law, protect users and the service, investigate fraud, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections.
Retention and protection
Data should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose, security, disputes, accounting, or law. A final retention schedule and deletion timetable require attorney and CPA sign-off. Current controls include server-side authorization, hosted secrets, security headers, role-based access, audit records, and payment-data isolation. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion. Some information may be retained where necessary for fraud prevention, transaction records, legal duties, or the integrity of creator records. Marketing and product notifications should remain separately controllable.
